La Quinta Development has successfully acquired, developed, managed, and sold more than (2,000,000) two million square feet of industrial, retail, office, along with residential properties in the Western U.S. Our investment partnerships create asset stability starting from acquisition, design, construction, and lease up. La Quinta Development management group works to understand each tenant from lease up throughout the rental period, resulting in tenant loyalty and long term tenancy. Currently, having recently sold some large assets, we are focusing on acquiring new opportunities and current asset stability. Our opportunity focus is seeking niche “value-added” opportunities through strategic acquisition, construction improvements, added space, and improved property management. We will also reposition well located properties.
La Quinta Development Inc., provides development, construction, and property management, for its own portfolio, as well as consulting for other developers, municipalities, lenders, investors, property owners, and potential tenants. Additionally La Quinta Development can acted as a financial (Equity-Mezzanine) partner with landowners, developers, and investors. We have facilitated lines of credit for development where traditional lenders could not respond quick enough to meet customer demand.
Officially establish in 1998, CFO,CEO Thomas Falcon has built a solid reputation as a reliable, responsive, and an innovative investor in the California and now Nevada real estate markets. The Company’s well diversified investment portfolio consists of all types of real estate types; including raw land, land to be entitled to new development projects, new home construction projects, office, R & D, and industrial buildings.
Since inception, the company has invested and completed in excess of 20 new home development projects with a combined project value of approximately $120 Million. In addition, the Company has purchased, developed, and repositioned in excess of 500,000 square feet of first class office, industrial, and R&D space. Presently, La Quinta is in various stages of development on a number of opportunities. The Company invests as land developer/owner, joint venture partner, and/or lender to builders. The Company will continue investing conservatively in both California and Nevada markets.
Through its long term strategic relationships and with approximately $30 Million Dollars of immediate available funds to invest, La Quinta Development, Inc. is positioned to take advantage of the challenging financing and real estate asset markets in strategic locations throughout Nevada and California.
