    (prefer 10 units or more)
  • Northern California, Southern California, Nevada North & South locations
  • Redevelopment projects to large master plan communities with mixed use
  • Mobile home parks, student housing, and live work opportunities considered
  • Existing construction projects with finished or unfinished lots.
  • Quick cash closes for exceptional opportunities to 30 million

Multifamily

  • Individual Property or Portfolio of Properties
  • Prefer 100 Units or More
    (May consider 75 units or more in certain selective areas)
  • Garden, Low-Rise, Mid-Rise Complexes
  • Prefer Newer Properties Built After 1980 (Older properties may be considered on a selective basis)
  • Good to Excellent (Class A or B)(Will accept newer C class properties in A/B Locations)( No major structural or environmental problems)
  • Good Stable or Better Neighborhoods Only (Class A or B Neighborhood Locations)
  • All of California-Northern and Southern, Nevada
  • Will consider Rehab. Opportunities & properties with Value-added upside potential
  • Market Cap Rate or better
  • Approx. $3.5 Million to $30 Million / Property
  • Fee Simple

  • Individual Property or Portfolio of Properties
  • 10,000 Rentable Sq. Ft. or more
  • Garden, Low-Rise, Mid-Rise Complexes
  • Prefer Newer Properties Built After 1980 (Older properties may be considered on a selective basis)
